The Bellagio
The Bellagio

The Bellagio is
Las Vegas first class.
The Bellagio, whose design was
inspired by European towns, overlooks an 8.5-acre
lake where dancing fountains are choreographed to lights and
music. Inside, guests are treated to artistic touches such
as the Dale Chihuly glass sculpture decorating the lobby
ceiling and the exotic plants and flowers in The
Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
Shoppers can stroll along Via Bellagio, a promenade
featuring a collection of upscale boutiques, and browse
through collections at Gucci, Prada, Hermes, Giorgio Armani,
Tiffany & Co., Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and the rare
jewelry of Fred Leighton. Guests enjoy a full range of
services in the Spa and Salon Bellagio, where the menu
includes treatments such as massage therapies, hydrotherapy,
facials and Vichy showers. Divided into six courtyard
settings, Bellagio's pool area portrays a classical setting
of a Mediterranean villa.
An international cast of synchronized swimmers, divers,
acrobats, aerialists and characters has been assembled for
the Cirque du Soleil production of "O", which is performed
in, on and above water. The show is staged in a theater
reminiscent of the Paris Opera House.
The Bellagio is Las Vegas' premiere hotel and casino.
Deluxe hotel rooms and suites offer every appointment. The
Bellagio's ten restaurants, including Le Cirque, Olives and
Picasso (which features the resort's collection of original
Picasso artwork), offer an elegant array of dining choices. Home to Cirque du Soleil's
spectacular "O," the Bellagio's grounds also feature an
exquisite botanical garden, pool, and the famous Bellagio
fountains. Shops on the Via Bellagio include Chanel, Hermes
and Prada. And of course, there is the casino-- perhaps Las
Vegas' most elegant place to gamble.
With 3000 rooms and almost three times as many staff,
Bellagio a serious hotel. European in tone, they have
attempted to out-Vegas Vegas, with predictably stunning
results. But no children, and specify a room away from the
freeway.
Bellagio
offers deluxe guest rooms and suites featuring sweeping
vistas of the resort's lake, surrounding mountains and Las
Vegas skyline. Each room is elegantly appointed with custom
European-style furnishings and art, and is equipped with
every modern-day convenience. Guest rooms and suites testify
to a single-minded devotion to detail."
In our opinion the
Bellagio is the most luxurious
casino/resort in Las Vegas.
